Initial advice

What do I need to set up my company with you?

All you need to do is provide us with some basic information about the project and the partners. We take care of the rest: company name, deed of incorporation, registration in the Mercantile Register, obtaining the CIF, registration with the IAE and, if any of the partners must register as self-employed, we also manage their registration with the Social Security.

What is the minimum capital to set up an SL?

Since the Crea y Crece Act, you can set up an SL with a minimum capital of €1, although for practical reasons (and to access discounts on notary and registry fees) it is usual to contribute up to €3,000. The capital can be in cash or through the contribution of assets that you already own.

Am I self-employed or do I create an SL?

It depends on your income forecast, the number of members, the type of activity and the equity risk you want to assume. In the first meeting we will analyse your case and recommend the option that best suits your project.

How long does it take to set up a company?

Thanks to the CIRCE system and the DUE, the incorporation of an SL can be completed in a few days. Self-employed registration can even be handled in 24-48 hours.

What aid is available for entrepreneurship in Valencia?

There is regional, state and European aid: flat rate for the self-employed, LABORA subsidies, aid for young entrepreneurs, IVACE aid and ENISA financing lines, among others. We will guide you on which ones you can apply for according to your profile.
