Are your accounts up to date... or are they only up to date when a tax is due?
In many companies, accounting is done «as you can»: invoices that appear late, expenses that get lost, bank reconciliations that nobody does, and books that are only updated when it is time to file a tax return.
The problem is that disorderly accounting does not only violate commercial regulations. It generates consequences that drag on all year long: miscalculated taxes, results that do not reflect reality, decisions taken with incorrect data and, in the worst case, summons or sanctions from the Tax Agency.
Bookkeeping is not just a legal obligation. It is the foundation on which everything else is built: your taxation, your financial analysis and the decisions you make every month.
Good accounting is not noticeable when it is well done. It is noticeable, and very noticeable, when it is not.

Testimonials
I called with a question and they were very helpful and friendly. They have helped me a lot and I appreciate that closeness. It is clear to me that when I take the step of the steps I have to take, it will be with them.
Luis and his colleagues are a very professional team, always attentive to detail, efficient and helpful. They always advise the client by offering the best solution with a high quality service. For me, a non-native Spanish speaker, it is a great advantage that the team speaks English and can explain anything I don't understand in Spanish. An excellent team, they do a great job. I highly recommend them.
Luis and his team are absolutely exceptional. They are always available when you need them, no matter the time or urgency of the matter. Their professionalism, speed and attention to detail make the whole process easy and worry free. Every time I have needed their help, they have dealt with everything immediately and with the utmost efficiency. Without a doubt, the best team I have ever worked with.
I started working with Luis a few months ago, and from day one, it has been an exceptional experience. He has answered all my questions thoroughly and has been a tremendous help navigating the bureaucratic processes in Spain. Whenever I have a question, whether it's about accounting, invoices, or anything else, Luis responds promptly-often within minutes. His quick responses make me feel confident and secure in all aspects of my work. I highly recommend Luis to anyone looking for reliable, professional support.

Frequently Asked Questions on Accounting
What is the difference between accounting and tax advice?
Accounting records and organises all the economic activity of the company: invoices, expenses, receipts, payments and bank transactions. The tax consultancy uses this data to calculate and file taxes. They are different but totally complementary services.
Am I obliged to keep accounts if I am self-employed?
It depends on the tax regime. Self-employed in normal direct estimation are obliged to keep accounts in accordance with the Commercial Code. Self-employed in simplified direct estimation or in modules have lesser obligations, but they still have to keep books of income, expenses and investment goods.
Can you review an accounting that is already poorly kept?
Yes, we will carry out an accounting review to detect any discrepancies, errors in accounting or incorrectly kept books and we will propose a plan to regularise the situation.
Do you work with any accounting software?
We work with the main programmes on the market.
Do you file annual accounts with the Commercial Registry?
Can you keep the accounts of clients outside Valencia?
